Does the trail take place COMPLETELY outdoors?
Yes, the trail takes place 100% outdoors. Please wear clothes appropriate to the temperature of the night you plan to attend.
Is There a group discount?
Yes, the Group discount is $20 and only applies to groups of 10 or more. A single ticket purchased online is $23 dollars. The price for purchasing a ticket in person is $26. There is no group discount for tickets purchased in person. We recommend that tickets be purchased online for the best experience.
Is there Handicap ASSISTANCE?
Tribulation Trail takes place on uneven ground and includes twists and turns; we cannot guarantee that a wheelchair can complete the trail without issues.
Are REFUNDS available IF a show is CANCELED?
Refunds are not available for any reason; however, tickets will be honored for a future performance during the current run or for a future season.
is childcare provided?
No, childcare is not provided. Please make the appropriate plans before attending the event.
Is there an age limit?
It is recommended that children under 12 not attend; however, we will not refuse admittance.
Can CHILDREN volunteer?
Children under the age of 16 must have a parent on-site volunteering.
Can i CHOOSE when I go through the trail?
When ordering tickets in advance, you may select the preferred departure window. Each window is 15 minutes. Be advised that all groups will leave during the scheduled time.
How do i purchase tickets online?
On the official website, navigate to the get tickets page; once there, you will be given ticket options. You can then select the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
In the next step, select the day and time you would like to attend on the calendar.
Enter your billing information and click purchase.
You will receive an email containing a link to your tickets’ QR code. We recommend taking a screenshot of each code to allow offline access.
